China Restaurant Association is jointly sponsored by more than 100 catering enterprises in China mainland, Hongkong and Macao, and voluntarily formed by organizations and individuals with catering research qualifications, in order to internationalize catering brands and facilitate more business activities in various regions. The first session of the Standing Council decided to set its headquarters in Hong Kong, China, and its secretariat in Beijing. It is a non-profit self-regulatory social organization of catering industry and related industries established by the Hong Kong society and the Hong Kong Police Force according to law.
