What is nutrient reference values? What does this percentage mean?
Nutrient reference values usually refers to "recommended intake RNI". In the Reference Intake of Dietary Nutrients for Residents in China issued by the Nutrition Society of China, the reference intake of dietary nutrients (DRIs) is defined as a set of reference intakes, including average requirement (EAR), recommended intake (RNI), suitable intake (AI) and maximum tolerable intake (UL). The "recommended intake (RNI)" is equivalent to the traditional RDA, which is the standard of dietary nutrient intake for healthy individuals. Therefore, when you say "nutrient reference values", you mean "recommended intake RNI".

In the previous version of the "Nutrition Calculator v2.5. 1" software, the "recommended intake RNI" of nutrients was simply labeled as "nutrient reference values", and the "percentage" in the software refers to the ratio of the actual intake (calculated amount) of food to the standard intake of this RNI.
