2, Taoxiangcun (Suzhou) originated from 1773 (Qing Dynasty Qianlong 38), 248 years ago, when it was called "Suzhou Taoxiangcun Tea Shop". When Emperor Qianlong traveled to the south of the Yangtze River and tasted the pastries of Taoxiangcun in Suzhou, he praised them as "the most exquisite and delicious food in the world" and inscribed a plaque on it, which made the company famous all over the world. Taoxiangcun adheres to the "artisan spirit" in its products, and traditional handcrafts are passed down from generation to generation through "masters with apprentices".
