1. Wash the ribs and chop them into pieces, control the water and set aside.
2. Heat the pot to 70% heat, add a small amount of peanut oil, put down the rock sugar and fry over low heat until melted. Then put the ribs down and stir-fry for a while over medium heat until the color of the ribs turns white.
3. Prepare some ingredients. Peel the garlic seeds but not cut them. Wash the star anise, bay leaves and tangerine peel and put them together.
4. Put all the ingredients into the pot, add a large bowl of water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.
5. Wash the chives and cut into sections for later use.
6. The time is about the same. Open the lid of the pot and when you see that the soup is almost dry, put down the green onions, add a small spoonful of salt, a large spoonful of oyster sauce and a small amount of chicken powder.
7. Stir fry evenly. Turn off the heat, put the braised pork ribs on a plate and serve.
