Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Slice the bacon, wash and cut the lentils into diagonal slices, chop the green onion and ginger, and mince the garlic cloves.
3. Pour oil into the frying pan and stir fry the onion and ginger, add the bacon and stir fry the flavor.
4. Then add the lentils and stir fry.
5. Add soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.
6. Then add dark soy sauce and a little sugar.
7. Then add the right amount of water to cover the ingredients.
8. Add some oyster sauce.
9. Cover and cook on high heat.
10. Cook for 3 minutes to get the flavor, then ladle out the soup.
11. Ladle out a large bowl of soup and set aside.
12. At this point, lay the noodles on top of the lentils.
13.Brush some oil on top of the noodles, to make it even.
14.Then lay another layer of noodles.
15.Pour the served soup back into the pot.
16. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until about 8-10 minutes.
17.Sprinkle the soup with minced garlic.
18. Add a little pepper.
19. Then mix the noodles and ingredients well and serve.
Tips
The noodles can be thin or wide, I like to use wide noodles to make stewed noodles, I feel that the texture is better, more than thin noodles strong chewy.
