Practice: Mix the two ingredients together, put them in a pot, pour them into boiling water, stir while adding water, and cook until about 80% to 90%. Add cold water, stir evenly until the hardness is moderate, make steamed bread or cake, and put it in a drawer for steaming. After natural cooling, put it in a bag or other container for later use to avoid dry and cracked skin. When in use, break small pieces and rub them by hand, and rub them hard until they are not soft, hard or sticky. Single hook or combined hook can be installed. The single hook is slightly hard, and the group hook can be slightly soft.
I found it dry and hard when I rubbed it. You can wipe it with water or wine. If it is too soft, add a little dry flour or bean cake dry powder and knead until the hardness is appropriate. This is the main point of kneading bait. In order to save space, when the following example involves corn steamed bread, the making process and kneading points are omitted.
