2. Cut the onion into 3cm segments, mash the ginger, peel the garlic for later use, and box the seasonings (pepper, aniseed, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and dried peppers).
3. Put the washed ribs in a pressure cooker, stir-fry the water with low heat, add seasoning, and stir-fry them over medium heat until they are fleshy.
4. Add onion, ginger, garlic, seasoning box and boiling water (the same height as ribs). After the fire boils, cover the valve and press it with a pressure cooker.
