4 eggs 2 carrots
4 small green onions Salt to taste

How to make carrot omelette
Step 1
Wash and cut such a long carrot into dices (the smaller, the better), and wash and cut small green onions into dices.

Cut the carrots into small strips like this, the cut out particles are smaller.

Use half of the small onions and keep half.

Pour oil in a wok (dry wok pouring oil), the oil does not need to be hot, about 30 seconds.
