Ingredients:
500g of fat and lean pork
2 pieces of fresh corn
1 carrot
Salt in moderation
Soy sauce in moderation
Scented oil in moderation
Oyster sauce in moderation
Some ground ginger in moderation
Methods/Steps 1:
Wash and trim the corn into grains, peel the carrots and cut into small dices.
Wash and chop the pork into meat foam.
Add salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ginger powder to the meat foam.
Then mix well in one direction.
Add the diced carrots and corn kernels.
Finally mix well.
NoteIt is best to use the dumpling filling as it is, if you don't need to use it for a while, you can leave out the salt and wait until you want to wrap the dumplings to add the salt and mix it well.
