Where does the phrase "good is greater than evil" come from? What is the full text?
Judging from the allusion of "Dou Yanshan accumulated goodness" in Quan De Ji, there was a man named Dou in Song Dynasty, also known as Yanshan because he lived in Yanshan. At the beginning, Yanshan was dishonest and had a bad heart, specializing in unnatural things. By the time he was 30, he had no children. One night, he dreamed that his father advised him to repent and do good to save God's will. Yanshan repented, turned over a new leaf, became more convenient and did more good deeds. Later, he gave birth to five sons, all of whom got good grades because of strict discipline. The couplets he posted at home are like this: goodness makes prosperity; If you are good, you will prosper; If you are not good, you will prosper. If you are evil, you will be reduced: if you are evil, you will be reduced.
