How to bake rice with cream mushroom and chicken?
Cut the chicken leg into pieces, marinate with white wine, salt and black pepper for one hour.
Pour olive oil into the hot pot, stir-fry onion until it is slightly hot, stir-fry marinated chicken leg, stir-fry the chicken until it becomes discolored, stir-fry the mushrooms together, and pour in light cream.
Cook until the juice is slightly collected, sprinkle a little salt to taste and turn off the heat.
Prepare a plate that can be put into the oven, fill it with hot rice, spread the freshly cooked chicken with cream mushrooms, pour the soup on the rice, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese (if you want to add a car to beat cheese, sprinkle it with it).
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and bake the middle and lower layers for about 10 minutes.
Tips
