Place the softened butter with powdered sugar in the room temperature and beat it until it becomes whitish
Add the powdered sugar and beat it well. >Add the whole egg mixture and beat well.
Add low-flour almond meal and mix well.
Knead into a ball.
Divide 15g of the dough and blend it with the matcha powder, and mix the remaining dough with the orange coloring.
Flatten the green dough and press the shape with a small flower mold
Divide the orange dough into 7g pieces, roll them out and press them slightly.
Place the pressed green dough in the shape of a small flower on top of the orange dough to make the shape of a persimmon
Bake in an air oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
