How to send alfalfa buds?

Containers: wide-mouth glass bottles and plastic bottles are acceptable.

Seed selection: take about 2 tablespoons of alfalfa bud seeds, check with naked eyes, and pick out black or abnormal seeds and other impurities. Cleaning to remove impurities floating on the water again.

The mouth of the container is wrapped with gauze, and the gauze is fixed by a rubber band, so that the gauze will not fall off. This is because alfalfa seeds are relatively small, so it is more convenient to wash them with gauze every day.

Soak the seeds for one night, pour out the water the next day and rinse them with water again. Control the moisture, cover it with a black plastic bag and put it in a cool place.

Wash gauze three times a day in the morning, noon and evening. Directly flush the gauze, and the water will enter the bottle. Try to control the water dryness every time to prevent the accumulated water from rotting. Seeds will see white germination on the same day or the next day. The picture is about two or three days later.

After about four or five days, alfalfa sprouts will grow enough to eat. There is some light outside, and the leaves are a little green. Can't avoid light for 24 hours before eating, which can increase chlorophyll.

That's what it looks like when you take it out of the can. It's a whole piece, and the roots are staggered.

Pull it open, there will be no light inside. It's so yellow.

Cleaning: During the germination of alfalfa seeds, some hulls will fall off, and some non-germinated seeds will be scattered as far as possible. Some shells will sink below, while others will float above. Those floating on it can be swept into a pile, removed first, and then picked up the alfalfa buds gently. If the remaining alfalfa sprouts and husks are not well mixed, use a perforated washing basket, pour it in, turn on the faucet for a while, and the husks will be washed automatically.

Repeat this cleaning process for two or three times, and the alfalfa buds will be as clean as me.

How to eat: You can eat salad raw, sandwich a hamburger and add juice. If you don't want to eat eggs raw, go and scramble them. After frying, it is crispy and delicious.
