Required ingredients:
A banana, a fat egg, 80 ml of milk, 40 g of low-gluten flour.
Steps:
Slice the banana and press it into a paste with a flour stick. Beat in an egg and mix well.
Add milk and continue to stir, then add low flour several times. Be sure to sieve. The taste will be more delicate and stir until it is paste.
Do not use oil to brush the pan or non-stick pan, preheat it in advance, pour the batter with a small spoon, and pour it higher, so that the formed batter will be more round and fried until golden on both sides.
After serving, you can use coconut milk and Greek yogurt, and sprinkle some broken nuts/favorite fruits according to your personal taste.
