How to use herbicides for chemical control of weeds in celery field?
(1) Miao celery.

Before sowing celery, 48% trifluoling EC 100 ~ 150ml/ mu or 48% Dilamin EC 200ml/ mu can be used and mixed with soil after application. You can also use 100 ~150ml/mu of 33% herbicide control emulsifiable concentrate, or 50g/mu of 50% ligulong wettable powder, and100ml/mu of 48% dinoramine emulsifiable concentrate to spray soil for sowing, which is safe for celery and has good weeding effect. Before emergence of celery after sowing, in addition to pesticide application, 60% butachlor EC 50 ~ 100ml/ mu, or 25% herbicide wettable powder 1kg/ mu, or 35% herbicide EC 500ml/ mu can be applied. Celery is a good variety because of its strong resistance to herbicide diethyl ether and difficult to cause phytotoxicity. You can also use 50% prometryne wettable powder 100g/ mu (sandy soil is best not used) to spray the soil, which will also achieve good results. If celery seedlings are not treated in time before emergence, they can also be treated after emergence. However, it is forbidden to apply pesticides during the bending period of celery seedlings (when the seedlings have just been unearthed and the young stems have not yet stood upright) to prevent phytotoxicity. No matter whether weeds can not leave the field, they can be sprayed with 500 ml/mu of 35% herbicide ether EC, which will have a good effect.

(2) Transplanting celery.

Before or after celery transplanting, soil can be sprayed with 48% trifluralin EC 100 ~ 150ml/ mu, or 48% dinotefuran EC 200 ~ 250ml/ mu, or 33% herbicide EC 100 ~ 150ml/ mu. After applying the medicine before transplanting, mix the medicine into the topsoil to a depth of 1 ~ 5 cm, and then transplant. After transplanting, the pesticide should be combined with intertillage mixed soil, which has good weeding effect before and after transplanting and is safe for celery. After transplanting, 20% herbicide diethyl ether granule 1 ~ 1.25 kg/mu can be processed into toxic soil for application, or 25% herbicide diethyl ether wettable powder 1 ~ 1.25 kg/mu can be added with 20 ~ 30 kg of soil to make toxic soil for application, and then it can be watered. If 500 ~ 625ml/ mu of 25% herbicide ethyl ether EC is used, the soil will be sprayed directionally and then watered, and better weeding effect will be achieved. After celery leaves contact with herbicide ether droplets, drug spots appear on the leaves or the leaves are dry. It can return to normal in the future without affecting growth.
