Ingredients: green beans, dumpling filling, wheat flour, raw eggs. Condiments for fried eggplant cakes:
White pepper, salt, minced ginger and garlic, light soy sauce, rice wine, filial piety powder, tapioca starch.
Method:
1. First process the green beans, clean them, and trim them into a continuous chocolate-filled block. After cutting the green beans into slices, you can soak them in salt water first, so that small black spots will not appear on the cross-section of the green beans due to easy oxidation, and the appearance of the eggplant cake will be more beautiful.
