1, complete jackfruit
The uncooked whole jackfruit can be kept for about a week, and the cooked jackfruit can be kept for three or four days. If the jackfruit is ripe, it can only be stored for another day or two. It's best to open it early, take out the pulp, shredded fruit and stone and store them separately. The part that you usually want to eat can be sealed in the fresh-keeping room of the refrigerator, and the part that you can't eat can be placed in the freezer.
Step 2 cut jackfruit
Cut jackfruit and unripe jackfruit can be sealed with plastic wrap, exposed to the sun for a day, then wrapped in newspaper and placed in a ventilated and cool place for two or three days. If the ripe jackfruit has been cut, you can seal the incision with plastic wrap and put it in a cool place at room temperature for 24 hours, that is, you can continue eating the next day. If you can't finish eating it, you should handle it all in time, seal it separately and put it in the refrigerator.
3. The flesh of jackfruit
If jackfruit has only pulp, try its freshness. If it is very fresh and mature jackfruit, you might as well eat it fresh, and then the rest can be sealed with plastic wrap and put into the fresh-keeping room of the refrigerator. If it is not too fresh and immature jackfruit, you might as well use it for cooking. If it is not too fresh to be eaten in time, it may be sealed in a fresh-keeping bag in the same way and frozen in the freezer.
