Practice of sliced meat with winter bamboo shoots
Material drawing:
1. Slice winter bamboo shoots and lean meat, cut carrots into small pieces, and cut shallots into inches.
2. Blanch the winter bamboo shoots in a boiling water pot for about 5 minutes, and marinate the lean meat with pepper, salt, cooking wine and a little raw powder 15 minutes.
3. Put the marinated meat slices into the boiling water pot, and remove them after discoloration.
4. Add fried garlic slices and onion segments, add winter bamboo shoots and carrot slices and stir fry.
