Main Ingredients: cauliflower 300g, Shiitake Mushroom 6g, Pork 50g, Wood Fungus 50g
Supplementary Ingredients: oil 2 spoons, Salt 15g, Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine in moderation
Steps
1.First, wash cauliflower and put it in hot water for a while, which can make it soften a little.
2. Cut the meat into shredded meat.
3. Soak the mushrooms and fungus in water, both dry.
4. Put some cooking wine and soy sauce inside the shredded meat and mix well.
