Basic technique
Section 1: promoting the patency of mammary duct
1
Methods: Massage longitudinally back and forth with the ventral surface of thumb, index finger and middle finger along the mammary duct (see figure 1).
Section 2: Softening areola and mammary sinus.
2
Methods: The thumb, index finger and middle finger were used for 360-degree rotary massage around the areola, and the hand could change direction continuously. Because the mammary sinus in the areola is hard, it takes a long time to massage (see Figure 2).
Section III: Strengthening lactation reflex.
three
Methods: Squeeze from areola to nipple with thumb, index finger and middle finger. When squeezing, the lying-in woman can imagine the baby sucking milk, and imagine the three fingers of massage as the baby's small mouth sucking milk (see Figure 3).
Special technique
Section 1: Relieving milk stasis
four
Methods: Hold the breast in a "C" shape with one hand, and slightly vibrate the breast to gradually increase the vibration amplitude; Massage the three fingers of the other hand from the areola to the nipple (see Figure 4).
Section 2: Eliminating the induration of areola and surrounding tissues
five
Methods: One hand was placed outside the areola, the thumb and index finger were pressed vertically, and the other hand was massaged by milking according to the course of mammary duct until the areola became soft gradually (see Figure 5).
The third section: improve the nipple short, flat and sunken.
six
Methods: Press and pinch the nipple, and massage the areola and mammary duct (see Figure 6).
