Before making yogurt, we need to prepare the following materials:

Production steps
1. Pour fresh milk into the bread machine, add appropriate amount of sugar, and press the "yogurt" button to preheat for 5 minutes.
2. Sprinkle the sour milk powder evenly on the fresh milk and stir evenly with a spoon.
3. Close the lid of the toaster, press the "Yogurt" button and let the toaster start working.
4. Wait for 6-8 hours for the bread machine to complete the fermentation process of yogurt.
5. After the fermentation is completed, pour the yogurt into the container and put it in the refrigerator for cold storage.
Matters needing attention
1. In the process of making yogurt, we should pay attention to hygiene and try to use clean containers and spoons to avoid bacterial pollution.
2. The fermentation time of yogurt will be different due to the temperature and the type of yogurt bacteria, which can be adjusted according to your own experience and taste.
3. Yogurt can be stored for 3-5 days after cold storage, and it is recommended to eat it during this period.
