How to make braised chicken thighs and potatoes:
Soak chicken thighs in water in order to thaw. The soaking time is based on the degree of thawing chicken thighs ~
Two potatoes, peeled, cut into small pieces. Soak in water to settle the starch.
Marinate the chicken thighs: salt, soy sauce, a little cooking wine, a spoonful of cornstarch. Marinade time: 30 minutes (in 15 minutes when the chicken thighs turn over)
Heat the pan - pour oil - put star anise / seasonings, dry chili, garlic cloves choking pot, to be fried out of the flavor, put the marinated chicken thighs on high heat and fry for 4-5 minutes. Put two bowls of water and simmer on medium heat for 30-35 minutes.
Put in the potatoes 10 minutes before serving. Season with a little sugar and bean paste to taste.
The finished product!
Tips:
Personally, I like to cut open two to three dried chili peppers.
Not put dry chili can put spicy bean paste.
The first time you do it, make sure it's simmered for a while, and it's not easy to simmer for less than 25 minutes.
