Production steps:
1. Remove the black film from grass carp slices, wash them, and slice ginger for later use.
2. Stir the white wine (or cooking wine), black pepper and ginger slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Mix the black pepper sauce, corn starch and about 60 grams of cold boiled water until it becomes smooth and particle-free.

5. Take out the marinated fish pieces, absorb the surface moisture with kitchen paper, and fry them in the pot until both sides are golden.
