Mango and Grapefruit Sago

Ingredients: 5 mangoes, 1 carton of coconut juice (245 ml), 1/4 red grapefruit, 100 grams of sago, a little bit of whipped cream, 20 grams of sugar.

Exercise:

1. Dice the mangoes, (four of them about 300 grams of pulp for the pulp, one for decoration)

2. Combine the pulp of 4 mangoes with coconut milk and sugar, put it in a blender and blend it to make Coconut Milk Mango Praline, and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

Watermelon and Mango Milkshake

Ingredients:1/2 watermelon, 1 mango, a little yogurt.

Drink winter melon tea in summer

Materials: 1500 grams of winter melon, 100 grams of dried cinnamon, 500 grams of brown sugar.

Exercise:

1. Wash the skin of winter melon, cut into small pieces.
