Raw materials: sago100g, water 3L.
Exercise:
1.
Boil 1.5L water, add 100G sago, and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring while cooking to prevent the pan from sticking.
2.
When the middle turns white and the periphery becomes transparent, pour it into the filter basket and soak it in cold water.
3.
Wash the pan and add the remaining 1.5l water to boil.
4.
Pour the sago soaked in cold water into the pot, boil it with strong fire, then give it to medium fire and cook it for about 7-8 minutes while stirring.
5.
When you see that the white spot in the middle of sago becomes very small, turn off the fire for about 10 minutes.
6.
Open the lid. Sago should be white and transparent at this time. Pour in the blue filter and rinse with cold water.
7.
Put the sago washed with cold water into a container, add cold boiled water and put it in the refrigerator for later use.
Tips:
1) When cooking sago, it is important to stir while cooking. Don't stick to the pan.
2) Remember to brew sago with cold water when cooking, which can make sago taste like QQ.
3) 100G sago is cooked a lot. If a family of three eats every day, they can probably eat 1 week. Of course, the sooner they eat, the better.
4) Every time you take sago, you need to scoop it with a clean spoon to prevent foreign objects from entering sago and affecting the quality.
