Main ingredients
2 apples 400g
1 lemon
1. Container Wash with warm water and dry thoroughly.

4. Wash the lemons thoroughly with water and flour and dry them.
5. Core the apple and cut into hob pieces.
6. Cut the lemon into thin slices.
7. Spread a layer of sugar on the bottom of the container and then a layer of apples.
8. Repeat step "7" and place lemon slices on the top layer.
9. Sprinkle lemon slices with sugar.
10. Close the lid.

12. After one month, the enzyme has fermented, and you can see small bubbles similar to champagne in the bottle
13. At this time, the enzyme can be filtered out.
14. Store in a sealable glass container.
Tips:
Don’t worry about the high sugar content, because we still have to mix it with water.
The book recommends that the ratio of water to enzyme is 5:1, but I don’t want too much sweetness, so I just add more water. Anyway, just find the right taste for you. But the temperature of the water should not exceed 40℃.
The prepared enzyme must be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within one or two weeks.
