Ingredients: 1 three-yellow chicken.

Steps
1. Wash the chicken and cut into pieces.
2. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
3. Then pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
4. Stir evenly with chopsticks and marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Cut the onion into sections and slice the ginger.
