In order to maintain the visually white effect, you must remove the things on the tripe that you think are unclean. Rinse with clean water, then put it into a pot, add a tablespoon of cooking wine and cook until the tripe is cooked. Remove and cool.
2. Cut the tripe into pieces about the size of your thumb. Cut onions into slices and green peppers into slices. Chop the onions and ginger.
3. Pour in soybean oil and stir-fry until the oil is hot. Add onion, ginger, dried chili and fennel until fragrant. Add tripe and stir-fry together. Add a little soy sauce (be sure not to add too much, otherwise the color will not look good.) Add a little cooking wine and stir-fry until the color is even, then add half a bowl of water and wait until the water boils.
4. Add green peppers and onions and stir-fry together. Add MSG, salt and pepper, stir-fry for a while until the salt is evenly distributed and then remove from the pot.
