Stir-fried lotus root silk

Material: fresh lotus root

Seasoning: ginger, pepper, vinegar, salt, chicken essence and white sugar.

How to do it:

1, select several sections of fresh lotus root (tender is best), peel, wash, vertically cut one piece, and then cut into silk. Soaking lotus root silk into cold water to wash cassava starch, and then controlling drying water for later use;

2. After cutting 5-6 slices of ginger, cut it into silk and put it with lotus root silk;

3, add some oil to the pot to boil, then add a small amount of pepper (you can add some dried Chili peppers if you like spicy food) to saute, immediately put lotus root silk and ginger slices into the pot, add a small amount of vinegar, stir-fry quickly twice, and then add a small amount of water to cover the lid;
