1. Take a clean container or bowl and add corn starch, flour, white pepper powder, allspice powder and salt.
2. Fully stir the materials with chopsticks or a blender until the halogen powder is uniform.
3. Wrap the meat evenly with halogen powder to ensure that every piece of meat is wrapped with halogen powder.
4. Curing time can be determined according to personal preference and recipe requirements. It is recommended to marinate/kloc-for 0/5 to 30 minutes to allow the seasoning to fully penetrate into the meat.
