Method

1. Wash off the lotus mist and dry the surface moisture. Also wash and dry the wine container.

2. Cut into appropriate size and mix with rock sugar according to personal preference and put into container.

3. Pour in Huadiao wine to cover the ingredients. Add roselle (only for color adjustment, optional.)

4. Seal and store in refrigerator. (Huadiao is a low-alcohol wine, so it is best to put it in the refrigerator)
