Zhu Youyun, "Everyone has a will, and everything has a will. 」
Wu Tang deduced it to the rise and fall of the specific parts of the drug: "Gallo mainly grows, branches, flowers, seeds, roots and trees;" Grass is collected in children. Everything is withered, and reeds are better than dead things; Leaves are scattered, flowers are better than leaves; All branches are crooked and must be better than branches; Each root grows downward, and the child is better than the root ... This kind of vegetation has its own Tai Chi principle. This reed refers to the bud, the bud of the plant. This wood also refers to woody plants. I drew this passage of his as a delusion.
Below is the bud, "raw", and above is "the stem and branches are the main ones, the flowers are the main ones, the seeds are the main ones, and the roots are the main ones". Let's make sure, for example, buds, such as malt and grain buds, were often used to soothe the liver in ancient times. Bud means hair growth. For example, there is malt in Zhengan Xifeng Decoction to soothe the liver.
Why doesn't Zhengan Xifeng Decoction use Bupleurum to soothe the liver? This prescription is used for hyperactivity of liver yang. The patient's yang is hyperactive, and Bupleurum chinense rises too much, so I can only use malt to raise it a little.
Why does hyperactivity of liver yang need soothing the liver? Don't forget, the liver has a physiological feature: depression. While latent liver yang, we should also consider its physiological characteristics. It doesn't like to be too depressed, so using malt helps to grow hair.
Then look at the dry branches and leaves. For example, there is a medicine called perilla, the leaves of perilla disperse cold, the stems of perilla circulate qi and neutralize it, and perilla lowers qi and relieves asthma. The same plant has different branches, leaves and seeds. Let's look at drugs to relieve exterior syndrome, such as drugs for treating colds. Either flowers or leaves, roots and fruits are not used much.
Let's look at tonics again. What is the most complementary? Roots, fruits and animal medicines. The tonic in the textbook is not just flowers. Because the flowers are divergent and the leaves are only Epimedium, you can use whole grass.
Many people say that it is wrong for Chinese medicine to supplement shape with shape. As for filling in the form, I will discuss it in depth in the formal class, which can stand the probability statistics completely. We can demonstrate them one by one in class.
Traditional Chinese medicine is the biggest deviation from ancient Chinese medicine in modern Chinese medicine textbooks from four angles: weather, taste, altitude, location, shape, time and geography. Modern textbooks only talk about the four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.
For example, Bupleurum, soothing the liver and relieving depression, rising yang and shaoyang are all efficacy, not pharmacology. Pharmacology refers to why yang rises and why yang falls ..... all these are not involved.
In fact, it existed in ancient times, although it was not perfect. It's very sad now. I just opened a book on traditional Chinese medicine, all of which are Chinese medicine and western medicine. We had this position, but we didn't occupy it, so western medicine occupied it.
Learning Chinese medicine is actually much more three-dimensional than our textbooks.
It can be said rudely that the current Chinese medicine textbooks all teach plane Chinese medicine, and its only advantage is that beginners are eager to learn. For example, list one, two, three or four effects, but when it comes to clinic, you will be at a loss.
When you meet patients who need to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, you open the introduction of those drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and the words "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis" are everywhere. Which one do you choose?
There is no way to start, because you have no standards. In ancient times, there was, although not necessarily so perfect. The standard is here: taking pictures.
Make this framework more complete.
At noon in summer in the south, at midnight in winter in the north, and then in the morning in spring in the east, these have been mentioned in the last article. Now let's add the hexagrams. Four directions plus divination, divination, shock hanging and divination.
From the perspective of yin and yang, Chinese medicine is relatively rough, from the four images to the eight diagrams, and the powerful can go deep into the sixty-four hexagrams.
Since circular motion is very popular, let's talk about circular motion. Circular motion is like this.
We mentioned four images before: the heart is the sun and the kidney is the lunar. The sun is full of yang; Taiyin, full of yin.
On the contrary, if the sun is sunny, it will be cloudy, and if the lunar calendar is cloudy, it will be sunny. These two are the biggest deviations of Yin and Yang. What should I do? So we should balance and complement each other.
Traditional Chinese medicine especially emphasizes the intersection of heart and kidney, which means complementarity. Many people think that the balance mentioned by Chinese medicine is partial, not necessarily.
For example, the heart itself has more yang, but I can keep the whole body balanced. How about this idea? Borrow from each other. The liver with yang deficiency is ascending, and the lung with yin deficiency is descending, one ascending and one descending, and the liver ascending and lung descending are mutually borrowed. As we all know, spleen ascending stomach descending, spleen governing ascending stomach descending.
Then how to use this concept?
◆ Heart and kidney intersect ◆
The first group, the heart and kidney intersect, ascending and descending. Huang Yuanyu particularly emphasized the ascending and descending of the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer, and the circular motion also emphasized this point. However, the up-and-down movement of qi is not driven by the spleen and stomach, but by the heart and kidney, especially the kidney.
There is a big problem here. According to our modern Chinese medicine textbook, heart fire boils down to warming kidney water, and kidney water ascending restricts heart fire.
But there is one problem it didn't say. Don't forget the characteristics of the five elements: fire is said to get angry and water is said to be moist. The water is always downward, so why is it upward? The fire itself is inflamed. Why do you say that? How can water go up and fire come down?
Deviation from divination is fire, representing the sun. Look at the hexagrams in the picture, two yang and one yin, indicating that there is more yang and less yin, but there is yin in the yang; Cantaloupe is water, two yin and one yang, and there is yang in yin. You can clearly see that it is thinner than the four elephants.
Where is the driving force of the ascension source?
Yang in the pit is kidney yang. Taking kidney yang as the source power, kidney yin is evaporated, and this yin is much separated from the middle, so the heart fire can be lowered.
This intersection of heart and kidney is also called fire and water auspicious, and auspicious is one of the sixty-four hexagrams.
At the next level, it is fire and water, called Gigi Gua; Fire in water, fire in water, is called bad divination. Why is it called failure?
You see, fire is said to get angry, and water is said to be moist. Fire rises, water falls, water and fire do not intersect, and water and fire cannot balance each other. This imbalance cannot be balanced in interoperability. However, fire means inflammation, water means wetness, the fire below can transpiration the water above, and the water above can restrict the fire below and complement each other.
Let's take another look. There are two yang and one yin in divination, and two yin and one yang in divination. Everyone is unbalanced, more or less. In the state of poverty, the two cannot complement each other, while in the state of Kyrgyzstan, fire and water can be combined and superimposed. Two hexagrams add up to three Yang. Redundancy and shortcomings are balanced.
Taoist acrobatics is to play this divination, like fire, water and auspicious. Ideas are like fire. When you go down to Dantian, the fire above will naturally come down and evaporate the water below, forming a virtuous circle.
The average person, in fact, is mostly poor or semi-poor, and the main performance is insomnia. There are several types of disharmony between heart and kidney:
Excess of heart fire plus kidney yin deficiency
Excess of heart fire plus kidney-yang deficiency
Excessive heart fire, deficiency of kidney yin and yang
The performance of these combinations is not exactly the same, and the methods used are also different.
Therefore, the relationship between heart and kidney is not entirely the relationship between heart and kidney, but the source power of whole body qi, especially kidney yang. Therefore, it is not unreasonable to say why Vulcan school attaches so much importance to kidney yang.
◆ Heart and kidney intersect ◆
The second group, spleen ascending stomach descending qi pivoting, is this idea used well now? In fact, it is generally used. For example, spleen deficiency subsides, and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is often used. If there is something wrong with the stomach, Chen Xia will use Liu Junzi. I will go up if there is a problem with promotion, and I will go down if there is a problem with health.
Is this right? This is the first level of application.
The second level is that I still use it even if there is no obvious problem of spleen ascending and stomach descending. For example, if the heart and kidney don't meet, the heart can't come down and the kidney can't get water. As I said just now, there are at least several models of heart-kidney disharmony, and the model mentioned most in our textbooks is hyperactivity of heart-fire plus kidney-yin deficiency.
In fact, there are not many such models in Guangdong, and the most common one in Guangdong is heart fire and kidney yang deficiency, which is what we usually call upper heat and lower cold. The simplest prescription for upper heat and lower cold is Jiaotai Pill, and there are only two drugs, Coptis chinensis and Cinnamomum cassia. Coptis chinensis clearing heart fire tastes bitter, which can reduce fire, both clearing heart and reducing fire; Cinnamon not only warms kidney yang, but also restores fire.
If a patient comes, prescribe Jiaotai pills, just two kinds of medicine. Doctor, the patient refused. You can deal with me and prescribe two drugs. I usually add two kinds of medicine: Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria.
Is this because Guangdong is wet, so is it necessary to tonify the spleen and eliminate dampness? This is one of the reasons. The second reason is that coptis chinensis is cold and can protect the spleen and stomach.
There is actually a third reason. Atractylodes macrocephala is dry and wet, water dryness rises, and Atractylodes macrocephala rises. Poria cocos is diuretic, and osmosis is diuretic. In this way, Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos form a small fluctuation in a region. Huang Yuanyu believes that small fluctuations in the spleen and stomach can reduce heart fire and increase kidney water.
In other words, several elements of Qi are interactive, not the heart and kidney, but the spleen and stomach.
In addition, the rise and fall of spleen and stomach drives the rise and fall of fire and water, which has a very nice name. Some people call it Huang Po, Huang Po who sells melons in Huang Po, and what is Huang Po? Huangpo was a profession in ancient times, that is, a matchmaker.
Heart and kidney failure is equivalent to a cowherd who can't weave a girl and needs an intermediary. The rise and fall of the spleen and stomach is the intermediary. Therefore, it is not necessary to use spleen to raise stomach and lower blood pressure. I can take the initiative to use it to hub other places.
◆ Liver ascending lung descending wing rotation ◆
The third group, liver ascending and lung descending. Just one: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. There is Bupleurum in this prescription. Obviously, the spleen-qi deficiency does not rise, so we should use Astragalus to rise the spleen and stomach, and Cimicifuga to rise the spleen and stomach. Why use Bupleurum?
Bupleurum also nourishes yang, but not spleen and stomach, but liver yang.
In this way, the spleen rises in the middle and Bupleurum rises in the outside. From a physical point of view, the circular moment in the middle is very short, and adding a Bupleurum root to the periphery will help you rise, and the moment is longer. In this way, liver ascending helps spleen ascending. It is also a rising element, and you can use it. This is the first usage.
Second, too many people suffer from stagnation of liver-qi.
Stagnation of liver qi is most common in several aspects. One is Sini III. If Sini powder is not strong enough, use Chaihu Shugan powder. If liver qi is easy to attack the spleen and stomach, use Xiaoyaosan. If liver depression turns into fire, use Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder.
But what if you still can't move?
Look at Chaihu Shugan Powder. It's powerful enough. If it still doesn't come together, add the former beard. Peucedanum will reduce the lungs. Liver ascending and lung descending are a pair, and the other must not be regarded as vertical ascending and descending. If you rise and fall vertically, the rise will hinder the fall, and the fall will hinder the rise.
Think of it as a circle. Health helps to rise, and rising helps to fall, just like riding a bicycle pedal. As soon as you step on the front one, the back will become warped, so if you are not strong enough to soothe the liver, add the beard in front to lower your lungs and help it turn.
If there is something wrong with this wheel, there are probably several possibilities: first, the spouse is out of harmony, and the spouse is three pairs: a pair of heart and kidney, a pair of spleen and stomach, and a pair of liver and lungs. Second, the same group centrifugation. What do you mean by the same group? You will find that the spleen, liver and kidney are all ascending, all in one group, while the heart, lungs and stomach are all healthy, all in one group. You can make full use of the same set of factors.
Go back to the Buzhong Yiqi decoction just now, using the elements of spleen and stomach; Add Bupleurum, and you have the elements of liver and gallbladder. What if it still doesn't move? Tonify kidney and qi, tonify kidney and strengthen yang. Tonifying kidney qi and kidney yang can warm spleen and spleen yang and enhance physical fitness. These three elements are used together.
For another example, if the stomach yin is insufficient, what should I do with the medicine that nourishes the stomach yin? Nourishing lung and yin. What if I can't do it again? Nourish the heart and yin.
There is a widely used medicine for nourishing yin, which is similar to the utilization rate of cultivated land-Ophiopogon japonicus. Ophiopogon japonicus can nourish heart yin, lung yin and stomach yin. The widespread use of Rehmannia glutinosa is tricky, because many prescriptions for nourishing yin are added from Liuwei Dihuang Pill, while Ophiopogon japonicus is not tricky at all, and appears in different prescriptions.
Centrifuge in the same group, or no longer sympathize. What is "sympathy"? To put it simply, like the auspicious divination, the upper part is down and the lower part is up. Look at the heart and lungs on it. You have to give me a drop of the world. The liver and kidney go up below, and the spleen and stomach go up in the middle. Therefore, sympathetic expression is up and down, so the cardiopulmonary group, liver and kidney group and spleen and stomach group can be considered together.
What are the characteristics of the popular circular motion theory? It just emphasizes the spleen and stomach.
Regulating the spleen and stomach is no problem, but it cannot be extended to cure all diseases, so there is a problem. For example, no matter what disease turns into moderate coke, Lizhong decoction or Fuzi Lizhong decoction is used. Then he said that I was the easiest, and I didn't have to learn anything else. I learned circular exercise.
In this way, you don't have to learn circular exercise, and you can solve any disease directly with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction.
Many people, even some of my students, ask: Is it necessary to learn full-circle exercise, so there is no need to learn anything else?
I said there are many schools of Chinese medicine. If there are 100 schools, the theory of circular motion is at most10/0 schools, and it is impossible for it to cover all schools. As long as he says that he has studied Chinese medicine, it is a lie.
I don't care how big your sect is and how influential it is, including the Classics-the largest sect-you are really awesome, but you can't say that you are a Chinese medicine practitioner.
The simplest, such as wet temperature, can find a prescription from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and compare it with Sanren Decoction and Ganlu Xiaodu Dan Decoction.
The classic prescription is good, but in this case, you may be effective, but isn't it the best? If the classics are not necessarily the best, why do you insist that I belong to this Sect? You must use my prescription.
It's like a thief entering your house. It is obvious that fighting with Shaolin Kung Fu is the best way to defeat the enemy. Do you have to use Wudang to do three tricks just because you are wu-tang clan?
So, I think it is ok for you to say which school you like, but you'd better not say that my school is the best.
