The steps of skillfully making osmanthus honey
1.? Picking fresh osmanthus flowers
2.? Remove pedicels and use a small sieve (or basket) to remove impurities.
3.? Rinse ~ gently bleach for several times, then dry, and dry quickly if the weather is good. Some people don't wash, but you can, as long as you feel clean.
4.? Stir it gently with some fine salt, and the flowers will wither after a while.
5.? The water is oozing out. Squeeze out the water and prepare for bottling.
6.? A layer of osmanthus with a layer of honey, or a layer of osmanthus with a layer of sugar in a bottle, preferably a dry and tasteless glass bottle, can be eaten in a week. Soak osmanthus tea, steam pumpkin and sprinkle a pinch of soju. How beautiful!
7.? A big bottle! Enjoy it slowly.
