2. Braised beef with rice

Materials for making braised beef rice with rice;
Ingredients: 500g beef.
Accessories: 20 grams of spicy bean paste, 25 grams of ginger, wine and soy sauce, and appropriate amount of rice.
The practice of braising beef with rice;
1. Cut the beef, blanch it with hot water and take it out.
2. Stir-fry onion and ginger in oil pan, then add spicy bean paste, then add beef pieces and stir fry, add soy sauce, sugar and pepper powder, wine, monosodium glutamate and star anise, and finally add beef soaked in water, and cook slowly with low fire until the juice is thick and the meat is crispy.
3. Finally, cover the cooked braised beef on the rice noodles, and add some vegetables if you like vegetables.
6. (Japanese) Braised pork chops with sauce.
Ingredients: water 150cc, soy sauce 35cc, Weilin 35cc, saitamarin, pork chop, onion, egg, hot rice, shredded seaweed and shredded shallot.

7. (Bamboo shoots) Vegetables with rice.
Ingredients: 2 bowls of rice, cooked bamboo shoots 1 root (150g), beef (for roast beef) 150g, 2 tsps of minced garlic, a little fried sesame seeds, appropriate amount of shallots, appropriate amount of cooking oil, sugar, sake and cooking wine 1 tablespoon, and red wine.
Production method
1. Cut bamboo shoots and beef into thin slices.

3. Add sugar 1 teaspoon, and add wine, cooking wine and soy sauce in turn.

Practice steps:
1) Cook the rice first, and then prepare other materials. Because I hate cutting meat, I use pork slices bought for hot pot, so I don't need to take care of them myself. I just need to prepare other ingredients: 6 fresh mushrooms, 3 thick strips and 3 rapeseed, wash them one by one and separate the stems from the leaves, shred half the onion, one egg, red wine (or cooking wine)+soy sauce+1tablespoon sugar to make a small bowl of juice.
2) Add a small bowl of water to the pot to boil, pour in the prepared juice, and pour in onions, vegetable stalks and mushrooms to cook.
3) Cook the onion until it becomes soft, put the meat slices into it with chopsticks one by one, and then add the vegetable leaves. When the vegetable leaves are hot and discolored, pour the broken eggs into the pot, mix well and turn off the heat. Serve on the rice that has just come out of the pot.
Notes and remarks:
Because we both like the smell of soy sauce, when I make it, I put less soy sauce in the mixed juice at first. Then, before putting the sliced meat in the pot, I scoop some Korean soy sauce in a small bowl, put some hot soup in the pot, melt the sauce, pour in the egg liquid, and then pour in the soy sauce and mix well together.
