Seasoning: salt, oil, pepper and chives.
Exercise:
1. Wash rice and glutinous rice and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Shredded mushrooms, sliced abalone and shredded ginger for later use.
2. Add a little oil to the pan, stir-fry shredded ginger for 7 or 8 minutes, and stir-fry rice and mushrooms.
After 3.5 minutes, add an appropriate amount of water and cook for about 40 minutes until the rice is cooked and flowered.
4. Add salt, pepper and chopped green onion.
