Ingredients: noodles175g
Accessories: 3 tbsps of rapeseed oil, 5g of ginger, 3g of garlic 1 root, 2g of white sugar, 0/gram of pepper powder, 0/gram of monosodium glutamate 1 gram of soy sauce, 3g of vinegar and 0/spoon of chili oil.
Step 1: Prepare noodles.
Step 2: put the noodles in boiling water and cook until they are uncooked.
Step 3: Take out the drain. Boil rapeseed oil, cool it, and pour it into noodles.
