Operating Characteristics
1.The machine should be installed on dry, ventilated horizontal ground to ensure the machine works smoothly and reliably.
2. Before using the machine, you should check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the use of the machine; whether the core of the wire with the grounding symbol is reliably grounded; whether the steering is in line with the requirements; and whether you can install the smooth side dustpan and the receiving side dustpan according to the position shown in the drawing. (For the convenience of packaging and transportation, the noodle dustpan is not installed on the machine)
3. Mixing: For the products with mixing mechanism, when the inverted switch is placed in "inverted", the mixer in the mixing hopper will start to run, and after mixing evenly, the flour can be excluded automatically when the switch of the open hopper is opened. (It is recommended to remove the noodle knife when mixing to prolong the service life of noodle knife).
4. Noodle sheet processing: put the switch in the position of "Shun" for the noodle sheet machining, the mixed flour dough should be adjusted from thick to thin when kneading by the rollers, and the thickness of the incoming noodle is 2~3 times of the outgoing noodle thickness. After many times of kneading and pressing, the pasta sheet can improve the strength and taste, and it is recommended that users make full use of the kneading and pressing function of the machine. Before cutting, the pasta sheet should be 3~5mm thick, rolled up with a rolling rod and ready for use.
5. Cutting strips: 1). Installation of noodle knife: the left and right grates are equipped with two knife slots, put the noodle knife into the slot, the gear on the noodle knife and the big gear bite, tighten the butterfly nut to fix the noodle knife with the fixing bracket.
2). Cutting knife: put the end of the spare noodle sheet into the gap between the two rollers in rotation by hand, and then enter the noodle knife after rolling again, cut out the noodle, and fall into the noodle catching skip. The operator should lead out and disconnect the cut noodles in time and put them into the drying rack.
