Ingredients: garlic, gluten (half root) and soybean sprouts.

2. Practice
(1) Tear the gluten into strips, soak it in boiling water and take it out for later use.
(2) Remove the roots of soybean sprouts, wash them and take them out for later use.
(3) Remove the roots of garlic, wash it, and put it on the chopping board for later use.
(4) Heat oil in a wok, add soybean sprouts and gluten and stir fry.
(5) Then, add some soy sauce and stir-fry until the bean sprouts are cut off.
(6) Then, add garlic and stir-fry until it is broken.
(7) Finally, add some salt and chicken essence to taste and stir well.
