Tips:
Sodium metabisulfite has a stronger reducing property than sulfite, and works similarly to sodium sulfite. It can be used in candied fruit, cookies, sugar, rock sugar, caramel, candy, glucose, liquid glucose, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and canned mushrooms, grapes and blackcurrant juice concentrates with a maximum use level of 0.45g/kg. Residues of candied fruit, bamboo shoots, canned mushrooms and canned mushrooms, grapes and blackcurrant juice concentrates (in terms of SO2) is less than 0.05g/kg; residues of cookies, sugar, vermicelli and other varieties is less than 0.1g/kg; residues of liquid glucose is less than 0.1g/kg; residues of liquid glucose is less than 0.1g/kg. kg; residue of liquid glucose shall not exceed 0.2g/kg.
