Method
1. Baking process of beancurd
2. When the water temperature rises to about 9 degrees, turn to low heat and heat at a constant temperature
5. When the tofu floats slowly and has a certain firmness, drain the tofu with a strainer
6. Rinse the fished tofu with cold water
7. Stir-fry the tofu
8. Put oil in the pot, add pepper particles and fry until the pepper is slightly black. Frying restriction is about 2 minutes
