Duck hepatitis virus can survive at 56℃ for 60 minutes, but can be inactivated at 62℃ for C30 minutes. In 1% formalin or 2% sodium hydroxide, the temperature 15-20 degrees for 2 hours, but it can be inactivated in 37 degrees 0.2% formalin or 0.25% propiolactone for 30 minutes. In 2% bleaching powder for 3 hours, the virus can survive for at least 10 weeks in a polluted incubator, for more than 37 days in cold and wet feces, for more than 2 years at 4 degrees, and for more than 9 years at -20 degrees.
