Mishima scale (Mishima carp) is a variety of European carp, and there are also white tendons to be removed.

The tools to be used are: three scales, a kitchen knife and a chopping board.

(1) First, put the triploid carp on the chopping board, and make two cuts near the fish head and tail with a knife (as shown in the red box below);

(2) Then pat the three scales several times with the back of the knife;

(3) Then open the gap near the fish head and a white line appears (as shown in the red box below);

Extended data:

Mirror carp, with few scales, fast growth, high meat content and good meat quality, was approved as an excellent aquaculture variety suitable for popularization in China by China Aquatic Variety Approval Committee.

Under reasonable stocking density and better feeding conditions, mirror carp grows very fast. In Heilongjiang province (production period120th day), the fish species with the size of 150g can be bred, and the size of commercial fish can reach more than 1kg in the second year.

The survival rate of feeding is about 98%, and the overwintering maturity rate is 96%. Under the condition that the culture density of mirror carp in Germany is the same as that of other carp, the growth speed of mirror carp is faster than that of other carp.
