1, rabbits are washed and chopped;
2. Wash rabbit meat with clear water;
3. Cool the oil in the hot pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add pepper, star anise and pepper and stir fry.
4. Then add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, and stir-fry the cooked rabbit meat for 5 minutes;
5. Then put cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and sugar;
6. After the sugar is fried, add water and cinnamon;
7. When the meat is cooked and rotten, stir-fry the green and red peppers a few times and turn off the fire;
8. Drop a few drops of vinegar, sesame oil and chicken powder after turning off the fire;
