3. Beat 6 female eggs into a bowl, and then fry them in a wok. After cooling, directly mix with tomatoes. Add a little salt, tomato sauce and cooking oil and mix well. Then wrap these fillings in dumpling skin and cook them directly in boiling water.

Ingredients: three eggplants, 500g pork, salt, thirteen spices, onion, ginger, cooking oil and dumpling skin.

Operating steps:
