The method is as follows:
1, first prepare flour 300g, butter 190g, warm water 150g and edible salt 5g. The first step is to pour the flour into a bowl, as shown in the figure below.

6. Roll out the butter and put it in the refrigerator, as shown in the figure below.
7. Spread the butter on the flattened dough, as shown in the figure below.
8. Fold the dough, as shown below.
9, cut into a small piece, as shown in the figure below.
10, the egg tart skin is ready, as shown in the figure below.
