Grapes (seedless), water, sugar or honey, vinegar bacteria
Practice:
1. Wash the grapes and cut them into small pieces and put them in a glass bottle.
2. Add sugar or honey, and then add enough water to completely soak the grapes in water.
3. Add a teaspoon of vinegar bacteria, or add some mother vinegar from grape vinegar, which will make it easier to ferment.
4. Tie the mouth of the container with gauze or gauze bag to ensure air circulation.
5. put the bottle in the dark and shake it every day to speed up the fermentation process.
6. grape vinegar will be ready in about 1-14 days. After filtering with gauze or filter paper, it can be eaten or stored.
Note:
1. Remember to shake the bottle during fermentation to avoid mold growth.
2. If there is a rotten smell or mold in the fermentation process, you need to throw it away immediately.
3. The fermentation time depends on the temperature and humidity, and it may be longer if the weather is cold.
