Steps
1. All the ingredients are prepared as shown in the picture. Soak bean curd bamboo in cold water and cut small diagonal segments; soak fungus in warm water, wash and sprinkle with small dots; wash green pepper and cut into strips; wash red pepper and cut into strips.
