2. Step: After picking fresh osmanthus, remove impurities and clean it. Prepare a small pot, add warm water, add appropriate amount of salt, and soak osmanthus fragrans in light salt water for a period of time. Take it out after about half an hour and wash it with water. Put it in the basket to dry.
3. Find a clean glass bottle, scald it with boiling water, dry it without water residue, add a layer of osmanthus, add a layer of sugar, and add a proper amount of honey. Then add a layer of sweet-scented osmanthus bedding, add a layer of white sugar and appropriate amount of honey, press with a spoon every time, and so on until the bottle is full.
After everything is ready, wrap it with plastic wrap, cover the bottle cap, seal it in the shade for a week, and then put it in the refrigerator for cold storage, ready to eat.
