Jiaozi shepherd's purse method?
The fried eggs in Qinling Mountains are really beautiful in color and delicious to eat. Three eggs, fried as usual, chopped, with or without salt. If you add salt, it will be better to put less vegetables in the future.
Tofu, depending on personal preference, put more if you like. Tofu will make jiaozi softer, because the shepherd's purse wrapped in jiaozi will be a little dry. Slice the tofu, then cut it into strips, then dice it, and cut it into smaller pieces to make jiaozi.
I have to say that I don't approve of some practices of shepherd's purse. I think they are loading shepherd's purse, but I don't want to pick it. I'll wash them and chop them up.
Put tofu, eggs and shepherd's purse together, add vegetable oil and stir well, then add salt, a little pepper powder and a little spiced powder and stir well again.
Wrap it up and work together. I don't want to shoot until I finish eating, so I can only shoot the ones that are finally ready to freeze.
