The natural enemy of noodles, the nemesis of rice, and the artifact that can't be cooked quietly-oyster sauce and hot sauce, are amazing. Parents who have dried oysters at home can make this sauce. Spicy and versatile, never tired of eating.
Ingredients: dried oyster, soy sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, sesame powder, peanut kernel, corn oil, dried pepper (or red millet pepper) and fresh snake pepper.
Step 1 Soak the dried oysters in water until they are soft, grab them, wash them twice, and then wash them with salt water. Rinse it, put it in a bowl, add a little water, and heat it in the microwave for two minutes until it is basically cooked and soft.

Step 4 Prepare garlic rice and cut ginger into small pieces.
Step 5: Wash dried peppers and remove pedicels, and wash snake peppers.

Step 9: put the dried peppers into a cooking machine and break them.
Step 10 Add snake pepper, ginger and garlic directly without taking out dried peppers.

Step 12 take it out.
Step 13 put corn oil in the pot, heat it slightly, and add oysters to stir fry.
Step 14 Add pepper, ginger, garlic mixture and onion.
Step 15 stir fry.
Step 16 Add Haitian soy sauce.
Step 17 stir fry.
Step 18 Add sesame powder.
Step 19 stir fry evenly.
Turn off the fire. Pour in peanuts.
Step 2 1 Mix evenly and finish.
Step 22 Mix noodles, as long as rice, burritos and cold dishes are up to you.
